A Little Bit Of History....Welcome to Better Bathrooms.com, the UK's fastest growing online bathroom company! Better Bathrooms was established in 2001 by our Managing Director, Colin Stevens, who followed his family into the bathroom trade after a successful 25 years in the business. With a strong knowledge of the industry, Colin began sourcing and selling bathroom products via the online auction site, eBay and Better Bathrooms was born. By building strong relationships with suppliers and buying in bulk, Better Bathrooms was able to offer top quality bathroom products to its customers at heavily discounted prices. Although eBay was a good starting point for Better Bathrooms, it was quickly realised that a dedicated online store would be better equipped to cope with demand, so Better Bathrooms.com was launched. At the same time, a stunning bathroom showroom was opened, in Wigan, Lancashire, allowing customers to not only buy online, but also to see the goods they were purchasing beforehand. Both the online store and showroom began selling a limited number of bathroom suites, taps, showers and baths, and were an instant success. Over the past few years, Better Bathrooms.com has developed into one of the largest online bathroom showrooms on the web, with well over 3,000 products now available to buy online. |

Where We Are Now....Fast forward to the present day and the success of Better Bathrooms has escalated unbelievably. By negotiating excellent deals with our suppliers, we are now able to offer even cheaper prices for our customers than ever before. In fact, we guarantee that if customers can find a cheaper like for like deal on any other online store, we will match it, such is our confidence in our prices, and our goal to bring our customers the best deals at the best prices. We haven't forgotten about customer service either, and it is an area in which we are continually investing and developing. With a dedicated customer service line in place to deal with any problems (yes, unfortunately problems do occur from time to time!), questions or feedback, our customers can rest assured that they and their bathroom are in safe hands. Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are pleased to announce the opening of a brand new central distribution center based in Warrington, from where all of our goods are now stored and dispatched. This 86,000 square foot warehouse allows us to store more of the items you want to buy, resulting in our prices coming down even further. The distribution center is open to the public, and many of our stocked products can be purchased and picked up 6 days a week, saving you money on delivery charges! Just call our sales or customer service team to check your items are in stock before you turn up and have to go away empty handed! |

How It All Works....
Depending on the type of products being ordered, we have 2 methods of delivery. For smaller items such as taps, shower systems and accessories, delivery is made via a parcel delivery company. Items will be delivered to your door and will require a signature. If you are not present when the courier calls, a card will be left for you to rearrange delivery, or for you to pick the items up from your local delivery office. The majority of orders however, are delivered on a pallet via a specialist pallet delivery company. Delivery by pallet ensures that all your goods are secure, safe and arrive to you in the same condition as they were when they left our distribution center! Your order will then be delivered on the agreed date, and the pallet will be taken direct to your door. Unfortunately, the delivery driver is not insured to help you inside with your goods, but they will allow you sufficient time to unwrap the pallet and inspect all the goods inside. We have an agreement with the delivery company that this process is to take place, as checking over the items is one of the most important parts of the delivery process. If any items are missing or damaged, please note this on the delivery note, and in the case of damaged items, please do not accept them, but instead, have them returned to us so that we can arrange suitable replacements. If there are any missing or damaged items, please give our customer services team a call as soon as possible (within 48 hours) to advise them of the problem. Unfortunately, claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the items have been signed for. |

With over 3000 products available online, it is impossible for us to carry stock of every item, we would need another 3 distribution centers! Therefore, although many of our best selling items are constantly kept in stock and are always available, there are many items which we order in on demand from our suppliers. This means that lead times for our products are generally 10-14 working days. Obviously for items that are kept in stock, this time period is a lot shorter, and can sometimes be a matter of 2-3 working days. However, to ensure our customers are not disappointed, we always quote the 10-14
working day period, which allows us time to process your order and dispatch it to your door. If you feel this delivery time is too long, we do offer next day and Saturday delivery services, prices for which are available upon request.
Once your pallet has been wrapped, it is then collected by the delivery company. Upon collection, the delivery company will give you a call to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery in order to minimise any disruption to your day. It is therefore important to provide a contact telephone number with your order.
