How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors including type of product ordered and whether it is an item that is carried in stock or a special order. Look out for the following symbols displayed on the product pages that act as a guide to delivery estimates. We can not guarantee delivery dates but as a general guideline, our standard delivery schedule is between 7-14 working days.

In stock item
These are stocked items and available for immediate dispatch. Generally stocked items will also be available on a next day delivery.
saturday delivery available at an extra charge
These items are specially ordered on request or are items that are customised to your requirements. Restocking charges for these items may apply.
3 to 5 day delivery estimate
3-5 Working Days is our standard delivery time for stocked items.
7 to 14 day delivery estimate
For items that aren't kept in stock, our normal delivery time is 7-14 working days.
Next day delivery available at an extra charge
Stocked items are available on a next working day delivery. Additional charges apply, call for details.
saturday delivery available at an extra charge
We can arrange deliveries for Saturday mornings for an additional charge - please call for details.

How will my order arrive?

Small items are delivered to your door by a 9am to 5pm courier service. Medium items are delivered on a pallet. You will receive a telephone call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
small item Small items include taps, shower systems, bathroom accessories and towel rails.
medium item Medium items include toilets and basins, baths, shower cubicles, and any other item not defined as "small".

How much will my delivery cost?


Delivery costs vary and are dependent on a number of factors, for example, the type or size of item and the delivery location. Below is a map of the United Kingdom with a guide to delivery prices.

If you order more than one item, you will only be charged once based on the price of the largest items included in your order. All our deliveries are insured 100% up to your door - please see terms and conditions below.

Here are some examples of our delivery charges.

Small Items: Three small items ordered together will be charged one maximum delivery fee of just £10. Small items include shower systems, bathroom accessories, basin taps and bath taps.

medium and small items, a basin plus basin taps £30 maximum delivery charge

Medium and Small Items: One medium and one small item ordered together will be charged one maximum delivery fee of just £35. Medium items include shower pumps, mirrors, and mirror cabinets, toilets, bidets, and basins.

Medium delivery items bath, basin, toilet and set of taps maximum delivery charge of £35

Multiple Medium Items: Three medium and one small item ordered together will be charged one maximum delivery fee of just £35. Medium items also include baths and bath panels.

How is my Better Bathrooms order processed?

Here is a guide to how your order is processed;

Place your order online or by telephone

Your order is recieved and processed

Your items are picked from our warehouse and carefully packed

Your order is loaded and despatched

The courier will call you to arrange your delivery within 7 to 14 days

Your order is delivered and you must check that all the items are correct and in good condition

Our customer service team are available for after sales service and support


Summary of Insurance Terms and Conditions

All items are covered by our insurance right up to the door of the delivery address. Drivers are NOT insured to take items inside any property. The items must be checked by the customer at the time of arrival and any items found to be incorrect or damaged in any way must be returned immediately for replacement. Any such incident should be clearly notified on the delivery sheet that the driver will ask you to sign before he leaves your address. Any items that are damaged and not returned with the driver become the customers responsibility. In the event that the item requires returning to the company, it will be at the customer's expense where that item was not returned with the delivery driver.
