Placed order (items were out of stock) came back into stock earlier than thought. Despatched and received in a short time, delivery company gave an option of morning or afternoon (not all of them do) so no sitting around for a whole day waiting. Hope they're still around the next time the Mrs wants to have a new bathroom!! Great service all round ;-)

Really pleased with quality of the items, everything was delivered in perfect condition but it took almost 3/4 weeks for all the items to come into stock and it wasn't till I phoned that I heard anyhting about what the hold up was. Much cheaper than B&Q and Homebase though so they worth the wait!
