Hi I am in the early stages of redesigning my bathroom. I am interested in the product Aspen 900 vanity unit and loo but cannot see on your website which basin fits the vanity unit or therefore it's cost. Does the basin form the entire top of the counter or sit under a shaped worktop. Could you let me know please. Thank you. A

Hi there, The basin is included with this product and sits on top of the drawer/cupboard unit.

Question:

Hi, I'm interested in the above item and have a couple of questions, namely: are the units a gloss white? our waste pipe would enter the WC unit from the bottom left hand side corner with the water supply from behind to the bottom right, is this compatible? Regards, Adam

Answer:

Hi there, Yes, the units are high gloss white. The depth of the W.C unit is 220mm, this may be possible to connect your waste pipe to the left, but i would recommend checking these dimensions with your plumber/fitter. There is access for the water supply on the left or right of the cistern.

The quality of products and delivery were excellent. Installation instructions were very poor so was reliant on the common sense and experience of the plumber. More detailed instructions are needed to support the successful installation without the trial and error approach.
