Can the toilet waste pipe be turned right and exit via the right-hand side of the unit rather than go straight out the back?

Answer:

Hi there, You have 200mm to be able to turn the soil pipe left or right which is enough space to do this, if you want to run the soil pipe out of the side of the cabinet you will have to cut a hole to be able to do this.

1- Is there already a hole on the toilet unit panel for the WC pipework or can we cut out any place. I just want to position the toilet a little bit to the right not in the middle. 2- What is the depth of the basin?

Answer:

Hi there, There is no hole pre cut in the WC Unit for the waste pipe, this would be cut by yourself accordingly. Also, the depth of the Basin is 460mm.

I am interested in the product Aspen 900 vanity unit and loo but cannot see on your website which basin fits the vanity unit or therefore it's cost. Does the basin form the entire top of the counter or sit under a shaped worktop. Could you let me know please. Thank you. A

Hi there, The basin is included with this product and sits on top of the drawer/cupboard unit.

great service, quality products!

I was naturally nervous about buying such a large money item from the internet ( we bought a whole bathroom suite with accessories). Better bathrooms were great though, they were really good at explaining the dispatch and delivery process to me. You can track your order online on their website and even though there was a delay with one of my items; thetelephone staff were really helpful and I always knew what the status of my order was.

Having visited your showroom in Warrington, and received advice on measurements etc. I ordered through the internet, the delivery was prompt and I am delighted with all the items purchased, apart from the bath panel which seems a little too lightweight. But overall the quality and price was excellent.
