I received the unit today and whilst the quality of the product met my high expectations, I was disappointed to find that what I thought was a free standing unit actually has to be affixed to the wall; if not, the unit topples over on opening door. I've just tiled my bathroom and picked this unit because I thought no drilling was required. I wanted to use the black spare top (good idea)and thought I'd just have to lift the white one off and replace. Instead I have to 'do some work', including fitting the handle for which there were no screws nor were there any instructions. Lovely item, pity about the niggles. Customer services helpful though.
