Plan & Prepare
Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.
Special Delivery Service
Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Question: hi im thinking of ordering the above unit but it stick out from the wall 330 this is no problem for the wash basan but the toilet will stick out a bit far can you tell me the width of the concealed system as i wish to cut the houseing down to say 220 deep so the toilet unit sticks out 220 and the wash basen as it is at 330 thank you mick harrad

Answer:
Hi The wc unit projests 330 mm as well, the concealled cistern is approx 165mm deep but if cut down this will invalidate yor warrenty.

Hi there, You would be able to do so, but you would need to cut into the Vanity Unit and WC Unit in order for your pipe to go through the back.

Found website and looked at bathrooms, the most informative website. Ordering online was a first for me and it was so easy. The staff answered any queries that I had online immediately.
