Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Question: How easy is the unit to install as regards to the pipe work especially the toilet waste as itlooks from the pictures that there is not much clearance below the base shelf.it might mean that a certain degree of modifcation might have to be made,cutting etc,could this be the case?

Answer:

Hi there, There would be adequate space for the soil pipe to connect either through the wall, floor and left or right. However I would consult a plumber with regards to the measurments we have for this particular product, your own measurements, for any waste connection that will be made.
