hi there Yes the basin is all in one piece, it is easy access to the cistern etc you just lift the basin off the unit.

We ordered the bathroom suite before Christmas and it was held by better bathrooms until we required it in the middle of February. The products are of a quality build and come individually packaged on a pallet. Customer service was helpful with only disappointment being the time it takes to answer a call or reply to an email and we are still waiting for the delivery of the shower which is currently out of stock. Would certainly use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

Really pleased with quality of the items, everything was delivered in perfect condition but it took almost 3/4 weeks for all the items to come into stock and it wasn't till I phoned that I heard anyhting about what the hold up was. Much cheaper than B&Q and Homebase though so they worth the wait!
