Notes:

The toilet connects to the waste pipe through the wall in the standard UK fashion. It can be connected through the floor (as an S trap) by the purchase of a waste connector which is available from most local DIY stores or plumbers merchants.

Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. Question: Please could you confirm the internal base sizes of the shower bath i.e. legroom and elbow room. Is the shower screen hinged so it can be moved to gain beter access?

Answer:

Hi, the shower screen is fixed. The ledge around the bath is approx 220mm around the edge of the bath. If you remove this from the over all measurements around all sides it will give you an idea on overall leg and elbow room. If you are still unsure, please visit one of our showrooms so you can try it our for yourself.
