1st time for buying anything like this and was a bit apprehensive. Looked around the store in Manchester and was really impressed by the what was in store. Booked everything on line and was kept informed all the way as to what was happening with my order. Even got a phonecall to say that one of my order was not in stock but was informed it would be in the following week. Customer Service excellent. Would recommend betterbathroom to anyone.
