Answer:

The bath has a 5mm acrylic which is also reinforced with fibre glass. The base of the bath has an encapsulated board for extra strength.

I understand the bath is acrylic but What materials are the WC and WH basin made of? The WC waste is it a conventional P trap?.I want to pick it up with a 90deg. bend and go through the wall horizontially.

I researched new bathroom suites for four months before being told by a colleague of the BetterBathrooms website and the quality of their goods. I was a little concerned about buying on the internet but after more research, I took the plunge and brought a whole bathroom suite with a second toilet and basin unit from BetterBathrooms. From the start of the purchase process to receiving the items at my house took less than four days. I received e-mail's constantly updating me of the progress of my purchase. I was contacted by the delivery company and an appointed time and date was sent. The delivery driver stated that they never have any problems with BetterBathrooms quality of items and this I can confirm. The package I purchased was excellent, the quality was brillient and I can't fault BetterBathrooms at all. Thank you for a stress free purchase. Five Stars BetterBathrooms!!!!

Order process (by phone in my case) was easy and quickly followed by email confirmation, confirmation of disparch, phone call from delivery people to arrange a convenient day and delivery as promiced with plenty of time to check the items. One item had been incorrectly picked - this was resolved quickly and at no cost to me. In my view, there are lots of online retaillers who do a great job - when you get one who aslo sorts out a minor problem correctly, you can order with confidence. Incidentally, the bathroom we ordered is excellent too ;o)
