Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. 1700mm Left Hand L Shaped Square Shower Bath

Question: Hi, I am interested in purchasing the l shape bath which states that it includes the front bath panel, however, it says nothing about the end panel. Can you please advise me if this is included as well? The product code is 8316. Kind regards Mrs L Lynch

Hi The end bath panel is not inclused within the package, they are availible with product code 7276 or on the customers also bought section to the lower right of the page. Kind regards
