Plan & Prepare
Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.
Special Delivery Service
Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Question: Can you tell me how wide the ledge of the bath is please? I would like to mount the taps in the middle of the side of the bath if possible. Thanks

Hi Tanya, The ledge is 700mm, We recommend you DO NOT put a tap in the middle of the bath because the ledge is too small. Regards BetterBathrooms

Question: Is is bath strong enough to stand in for showering (ie is the base re-enforced with wood) + does it have legs (cradle)?

Hi, Thank you for your question. The bottom of the bath is reinforced with a hard board to give it extra strength.
