For example, a 5-year extended guarantee for a product delivered on Friday 3rd February 2023, will expire at midnight on Thursday 3rd February 2028.
No. Our product guarantees, including extended product guarantees, only apply to products which have been used exclusively for domestic purposes. Products used in commercial or industrial premises (e.g., hotels, schools, offices etc.) are not covered.
Extended product guarantees are only available to retail customers. For trade customers, the standard 12 month guarantee applies to all own range products (e.g. Alcor, Pendle, Lisbon etc). For products from other manufacturers (e.g. Grohe, Triton, Geberit, RAK etc) please refer to their individual guarantees.
