Can you please advise the width of the shower doors when fully opened please? Also, can I ask about the Easy Plumb base - what is the difference to the Slim base - is it simply the depth? Finally can I just check that all waste fittings are included too please? With thanks. Carol Sheldon

Answer:

Hi there, The gap is apporoximately 450mm. Also, the shower tray's are different in the sense that the easy plumb tray comes with a Leg set to raise it off the ground by 90mm, allowing the pipework to be kept above ground level. Finally, the relevant waste for this item would be product code 8033, if you were to use our reccomended shower tray, which is priced at £22.95

website was very clear and decriptive, prices compared to other bathroom wholesalers (both online & on the highsteet) were very good, tracking of delivery of the goods v good.Only received yesterday 5th oct so not unpacked yet but will be fitting over the weekend then i will see the quality of the goods.Only negative is the proviso you put in the delivery "please allow 20 mins to check delivered items are correct and of good condition" it's impossible to do in 20 mins you would have to unpack every item which would take a lot longer plus it then would leave the goods open to damage as they have all been unpacked,suggest the goods are checked against the drivers manifest and then signed as quantities checked but damages unchecked until unpacked

1st time for buying anything like this and was a bit apprehensive. Looked around the store in Manchester and was really impressed by the what was in store. Booked everything on line and was kept informed all the way as to what was happening with my order. Even got a phonecall to say that one of my order was not in stock but was informed it would be in the following week. Customer Service excellent. Would recommend betterbathroom to anyone.

"Went to the Manchester showroom and was greeted really well by Anthony, not pushy in any way and was left to our own devices (great). The showroom is really well laid out with absolutely loads of choice ranging from good quality to top of the range, but not ridiculous prices. We checked most of our stuff out on-line and came armed with a list to check the sizes, quality and feel - all were great. We asked Anthony loads of questions and he was really patient with us and answered everything, things he didn't know he went and found out straight away. No hassle sales which was the best bit, we ordered a few days later over the phone and also did a special order for a toilet that we had to go and pick up from Culceth, near Warrington. My only criticism (small) is that the depot in Culceth is not the easiest to find, I know the area well, but the site is not well-signed and could do with a larger sign on the road. There is no phone number for the Culceth place either to get directions and the map is not much cop. Overall really good service and value - would definitely recommend Better Bathrooms."
