Easy Lay Mats
Cosytoes® Easy-lay Mat comes in a large range of sizes and each mat is 0.5m (500mm) wide, for example a CM3 covers 3 square metres and measures 6m x 0.5m. Easy-lay Mat is suitable for simpler and more straightforward areas, including large areas. Because the Cosytoes® twin element Easy-lay Mat requires only a single connection, simply roll out the matting from the start point, cut the fabric mesh (never the cable) to turn a corner or to fit it around fixed objects. Installation couldn’t be easier!

Answer:
Hi, it really does depend how much it is used. If you buy a thermostatic controller to keep it at a controlled temperature you can regulate your costs this way. I have underfloor heating and found the increase in costs being minimal. Its worth the cost as its great walking barefoot on warm tiles.
