Order process (by phone in my case) was easy and quickly followed by email confirmation, confirmation of disparch, phone call from delivery people to arrange a convenient day and delivery as promiced with plenty of time to check the items. One item had been incorrectly picked - this was resolved quickly and at no cost to me. In my view, there are lots of online retaillers who do a great job - when you get one who aslo sorts out a minor problem correctly, you can order with confidence. My husband wasn't sure about ordering this online without actually seeing it but we are both really pleased with the quality of the unit.
