Question: Hi. Please could you confirm for me whether the distance which the ceiling head protrudes through the ceiling is adjustable? (ie is the ceiling collar loose or fixed to the downpipe?). It's not clear from the photo. Thanks, Anthony.

The ceiling pipe is a fixed distance. The head can be tilted to lightly adjust direction.

There was a delay in supplying one small component, but I was kept informed on a regular basis by text. I also made a late addition to the order by phone and the staff could not have been more helpful.
