January’s Customer Experience of the Month Winner

The votes have been counted and verified, and we are proud to announce that January’s Customer Experience Employee of the Month award goes to…Danii Elson!

Huge congratulations to Danii who has been awarded the fantastic prize as well as receiving a £50 cheque and bottle of champagne.

These prestigious monthly awards, voted for by each employee within the Better Bathrooms Customer Experience team as well as management, celebrates the fantastic achievements of the staff member who excelled highly during this period.

Head of Customer Experience, Lynn Wood, shared with us exactly why Danii proved a well deserved winner, “She is a forward thinker with a fantastic personality. A solid team player with such enthusiasm for the business, which makes her the perfect partner and role model for new employees”.

Commitment, enthusiasm and dedication are factors which we strongly pride ourselves here at Better Bathrooms when it comes to our employees. These monthly awards display the solid talent driving our success, with December’s Customer Experience of the Month award going to Katy Cooper for her polite, fun attitude that relishes the fast-faced environment.

December’s Warehouse Employee of the Month

Better Bathrooms Warehouse December

Congratulations to Chris Hayes who has been voted Better Bathrooms’ December’s Warehouse Employee of the month award, which sees him take home the fantastic prizes of a bottle of champagne along with £50, lucky devil!

The nomination process involves all warehouse employees choosing a specific individual who they feel deserves recognition for their dedication and hard work during this period.

“In the 6 months Chris has been with Better Bathrooms he has not made a single picking error, considering he picks 600+ items per week this is an unbelievable achievement.” states Warehouse Manager Roy, adding how “Only this week, Chris broke the picking record for number of parcels picked in a single day (219).”

Following on from November’s Warehouse Employee of the Month, which saw Danny O’Brien snap up the prestigious award, displays the solid commitment and strong work ethic within this department.

The awards are a fantastic opportunity to acknowledge the talented employees within the Better Bathrooms team, as their accomplishments are key to driving the company’s success.

Katy Cooper December Winner

The winner of December’s Customers Experience Advisor of the Month award goes to…drum roll please…Miss Katy Cooper!

From everyone here at Better Bathrooms we want to say a big congratulations to Katy! In reward for all her hard work and accomplishments she has received a £50 cheque and bottle of champagne; fingers crossed she’ll share the bubbly…katy-cooper-dec-winner

As part of the monthly award, individuals in Katy’s department nominate the colleague they feel should receive this fantastic prize. Head of Customer Experience, Lynn Wood, described Katy as a ‘Dedicated employee and fantastic team member who deserves recognition for the solid effort she continuously displays’. Fellow employees were also full of praise for Miss Cooper, stating how she is a ‘fun, polite person who relishes the busy, often stressful, environment.’

We caught up with Katy during her award where she gave us a few quick, shocked words. “I’m really pleased to have won; I wasn’t expecting it at all”. She also added “The champagne will go down very nicely.”

This fabulous achievement recognises the loyal and committed employees within the Better Bathrooms team, with November’s Customer Experience of the Month awarded to Bev Freeman for her helpful and considerate attitude.
