Things are really hotting up in the Better Bathrooms warehouse, and it isn’t down to the current heatwave we’re experiencing. Competition is rife surrounding the Warehouse Employee of the Month Award with the team saturated with such talented individuals.

With a whole host of individuals rumoured for success, awarded the prestigious prize for the month of May was none other than Gerald Asamoah.

A recent recruit to the Better Bathrooms team, Gerald has shone since day one with his positive attitude and exceptional performance seeing him voted by his fellow colleagues and management as the most outstanding individual during the month of May.

Catching up with Warehouse Manager, Roy Whittaker, gathered a deeper insight into Gerald’s prize with Roy’s words full of praise for his fellow employee, “Gerald has only recently joined Better Bathrooms and really does bring the feel good factor to the warehouse and all of its staff with his great sense of humour and constant banter.” Considering Gerald is an avid Chelsea Fan and the majority of the warehouse are Manchester United supporters, we can see why!

Roy continued on stating how, “He is very hard working and has learned his job very quickly over the past two months, he will always help other members of staff when they are struggling or if they ask for his assistance. Gerald is genuinely a very nice person and I don’t think I have ever seen him without a smile on his face.”

Upon receiving the fantastic award, which also sees Gerald walk away with £50 and a bottle of champers, he thanked the management team and all he colleagues who voted for him and explained how it was nice to know that the job he was doing was appreciated.

Excellent work Gerald, it’s great to see another talented employee within the team rewarded for their phenomenal work!
