Better Bathrooms’ new range of solid stone baths is a heavyweight in the bathroom

Oval cast stone bath

We’ve had seven new arrivals today and we think you’re going to like them. Weighing in at between 160kg and 200kg each (that’s heavier than the proverbial baby elephant, who weighs a mere 113kg at birth), they’re the real heavyweights of our freestanding baths range.

With her angled sides and rectangular design, Cho will appeal to lovers of cubic shapes; the other five baths, meanwhile, range from egg shaped Nova, to double ended Teter, to ultra-modern speedboat-styled Parvana. Then there are the two which bring to mind echoes of a traditional tin bath, Flutura and Aponi: with a raised end on which to recline as you soak in blissful elegance, they look as though you could tip them up to pour away the water when you’re done.

Each bath has a modern push button waste and all are designed for use with free standing or wall mounted taps, depending on your preference. The largest of the range is over two metres long and just under one metre wide; the smallest still tops a metre and a half in length, and they’re extra deep. In a contemporary, gloriously glossy white finish, they’ve got all the luxury and durability of cast stone and minimalist good looks too.

Priced between £1,899.95 and £1,999.95, they’re not cheap – but they are exquisite. If you’re thinking of an upgrade to your bathroom, get yourself to www.betterbathrooms.com today and take a look at these bathing beauties!
