Customer Experience Advisor of the Month for November
The inaugural Better Bathrooms Customer Experience Advisor of the Month award has been won by Bev Freeman, who was delighted to receive a bottle of champagne and £50 as reward for her efforts throughout November.
In winning this award, Bev joins colleagues Paul McGinty, who received the Warehouse Employee of the Month award for November a few days ago, and Danny O’Brien, who received the inaugural Warehouse award in October.
Bev was nominated for the prize by colleagues in her department, who described her as considerate and dedicated, always helpful to customers and colleagues alike, and someone who really ‘gets stuck in’ when there’s a job to do.
Head of Customer Experience Lynn Wood told us that “Bev is a valuable asset to Better Bathrooms, a pleasure to work with and a fantastic member of the team.”
