March’s Employee of the Month Revealed
The votes are in and it is time to announce the winner of the prestigious Better Bathrooms employee of the month award. Taking home the award for March is warehouse employee of the month winner Kevin Reynolds.
The monthly award recognises Better Bathrooms staff members who continue to go above and beyond in their job role. The employee of the month award follows secret voting by each individual in the team, as well as management, for the person who everyone thinks has performed the best throughout the month.
Along with the respected employee of the month title, Kevin was also rewarded with £50 and a bottle of champagne.
Speaking of Kevin’s achievements, Warehouse Manager Roy Whittaker said: “Kevin Reynolds has been with the company since August last year and in that time he has proved himself to be one of our strong team members and one of the people that you can rely on and leave to complete his work to the highest standard with little if any intervention from the team.
“Since receiving the award for employee of the month Kevin has been successful in gaining the goods out Team Leader position which goes to show that with hard work and determination there are opportunities within Better Bathrooms for promotion. I have no doubts that Kevin has further strengthened the warehouse management team and I wish him all the best in his new position.”
