April’s Warehouse Employee of the Month Announced
Now that May is rolling out before us, it’s time to take a look back at last month by announcing April’s Warehouse Employee of the Month winner!
Taking home the award for April is Agris Berzins. After working for Better Bathrooms for over a year now, Argris’ dedication and commitment has been rewarded with the prestigious employee of the month title following secret voting by the warehouse team and management.
Warehouse Manager Roy Whittaker took a moment to speak to us about Agris’ achievements. Roy said: “Agris Berzins has been with the company since February 2011. He was given the opportunity to run the tiles area of the warehouse around 6 months ago and has improved this area massively in that time.
“Agris still holds the record for the number of orders picked in a single day in the warehouse and when he puts his mind to it, he is an outstanding member of staff. Agris could go a lot further within Better Bathrooms in the coming years and I’m very pleased that Agris has been rewarded with the Employee of the Month.”
As employee of the month winner, Agris was rewarded with £50 and a bottle of bubbly – congratulations Agris!
