Following the announcement of our Warehouse Employee of the Month, the votes have now been gathered for the Better Bathrooms Customer Experience winner too!
Taking home the valued title for March is Katy Cooper. It is a double win for Katy after winning the award for the first time back in December.
Katy was rewarded with £50 and a bottle of champagne.
Speaking of Katy’s continual achievements, Lynn Wood, Head of Customer Experience, said: “A popular member of the department, Katy was nominated by her fellow team members for this award which she has won for the second time, the first time being December 2011.
“This award is measured across a number of areas, most notably performance and Katy scored highly across all areas and was first in the number of calls answered and average call duration. A well deserved win!”
