From everyone here at Better Bathrooms, we want to say a huge congratulations to Fiona Kay, who this week snapped up the prestigious title of Customer Experience Advisor of the Month for April.
This integral award sees each member of the Customer Experience Advisor team, along with management, vote for the individual who they believe excelled in their efforts during this period, yet with such a range of talented individuals it’s often a difficult decision with just one nomination.
In addition to the fantastic title, Fiona has walked away for bottle of bubbly and a £50 cheque; lucky mare!
We caught up the Head of Customer Experience, Lynn Wood, to gather a deeper insight into Fiona’s triumphant win; “I am delighted to announce Fiona Kay as our Customer Experience Advisor of the Month. A high percentage of her calls are under 3 minutes which clearly demonstrates her ability to establish the situation, empathise with the customer, check her understanding, gain agreement and action accordingly.”
Yet Fiona’s solid abilities spread further than her customer expertise, with a constant will to help and develop others within the team it is clear to see why she was nominated by the department.
These internal awards within both the warehouse and customer experience departments are integral to Better Bathrooms, with both teams saturated with such talent we aim to reward those outstanding efforts and contributions, thus overall helping deliver a higher quality of service to the customer.
