i have a 40mm shower base and the trap is not draining as quick as it did is there a trick to cleaning them as the one i have a fast flow trap under the shower base.

Hi there, To clean the item, you would have to remove the Chrome piece on the base of your shower tray, and them remove anything inside of that. Different shower wastes are manufactured differently, so some have a "basket like" feature so you can easily clean it.

Will this chrome waste fit any shower? We bought an enclosure from you about three years ago, and the "waste cover" has now broken. It says it fits 40mm low profile tray, but what size diameter plug hole will it cover? Thanks

Hi there, The waste is suitable for a 40mm trap, the alternative shower waste we do is suitable for a 90mm trap, and is product code 6743.

The service was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. I visited your Warrington premises and was met by a very helpful, knowledgeable young man called Phil. I ordered through him rather than the website (which I normally do). I did have a problem with a small item and it has been replaced immediately. I did find the 20 mins slot for the order to be checked on delivery impossible , as it was a big order and it took about 20 mins to get it off the van and into my garage. I phoned Better Bathrooms and they told me I had 7 days to report any damages.
