  This valve will function one unit which can be either a fixed shower head from the ceiling or wall, a slide rail kit or a bath overflow filler.

  One of the controls functions the flow rate for the prefered unit and one will control the temperature.

  Yes this shower valve is compatible with a condesing bolier, with a minimum pressure requirement of 0.1 bar - maximum of 4.0 bar.

  Your hot and cold pipework connection cannot be made from the top I am afraid, the pipes will connect through you wall in to the exposed valve.

  hi it can regulate temprature as it a thermostaic valve. flow rate will be determined by what type of water system you have in your propery i.e Combi boiler, gravity feed etc.
