Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?
To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. "Went to the Manchester showroom and was greeted really well by Anthony, not pushy in any way and was left to our own devices (great). The showroom is really well laid out with absolutely loads of choice ranging from good quality to top of the range, but not ridiculous prices. We checked most of our stuff out on-line and came armed with a list to check the sizes, quality and feel - all were great. We asked Anthony loads of questions and he was really patient with us and answered everything, things he didn't know he went and found out straight away. No hassle sales which was the best bit, we ordered a few days later over the phone and also did a special order for a toilet that we had to go and pick up from Culceth, near Warrington. My only criticism (small) is that the depot in Culceth is not the easiest to find, I know the area well, but the site is not well-signed and could do with a larger sign on the road. There is no phone number for the Culceth place either to get directions and the map is not much cop. Overall really good service and value - would definitely recommend Better Bathrooms."
