The Dualex LED riser rail kit is a modern design allowing two showering options - fixed LED head and removable handset shower head. This riser kit is perfect for use with a number of our bar and concealed valves and boasts features including easy clean shower heads, LED temerature control Rose, soap dish and auto lock shower head holder. The Minimalist bar shower valve offers thermostatic showering with two easy to operate controls. One handle operates the on and off flow control whilst the other allows temperature selection.

How Are Deliveries Arranged?

Your delivery be will be made by 9-5 courier service who will not be able to provide an exact date or time of when the delivery will take place. For up to date delivery information, please use our online order tracking facility.

Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication.
