Question: have fitted this unit and can only get what is best described as tepid water out when fully turned to hot can you forward the maual or am i missing somthing simple

Answer:
Please contact our technical customer support team on Monday 0844 4847678 to discuss your installation. I would suggest you have an imbalance in water pressure, for a shower valve to work correctly you must have equal pressures on hot and cold otherwise the cold will constantly override the hot.

Answer:
I would suggest you have an imbalance in water pressure, your cold water is over riding your hot. A shower valve does not heat water, it merely opens and closes to mix the correct temperature.
