I have to admit that I was a little nervous purchasing something like a bathroom online, however the dramatic savings persuaded me to have a go.I had read mixed reviews but noticed that Better bathrooms had lots of good reviews with the occasional bad review. I was concerned when I had only recieved an order confirmation after a couple of weeks and heard nothing about my delivery but i used the tracking service and they got back to me quickly to tell me they were waiting on some of the goods arriving. When my good arrived the quality is great !! and when I had a problem with the furniture I had ordered they sent out a replacement and it was with me the following day. I really can't fault anything! Thanks Better Bathrooms I saved over £1000 pounds and am a very happy customer !

i've just made my second purchase from better bathrooms in the space of a few months. to go back to them says it all really. the website was very easy to follow and the products are of good quality. i did search the tinternet for a good while, trying to a few quid but the price could only be beat by buying cheap rubbish. i'd definately reccommend better bathrooms to anyone, the after sales team are on the ball and the whole buying experience was stress free

having purchasing a complete bathroom suite from better bathrooms the comunications were 1st class and we were informed when the suite was packed,despatched and also when it arrived at our local depot. when the suite arrived it was packed with care and after unpacking it i was delighted with the quality of the suite ,and accesories such as taps,waste systems,and shower cubicle.i would not hesitate in recomending better bathrooms for quality of service and product.many thanks.
