We have just finished renovating our house, with the bathroom being the last room to complete. We had already checked out B&Q, Wicks, Bathroom Store etc and found the costs for a top of the range bathroom suite quite expensive. We then went onto the internet and found Better Bathrooms and were shocked to see just how much cheaper it would be to buy direct from them (the only added cost was about £30 for the delivery). For instance we saved a massive £110 pounds on our bath/mixer taps alone by comparison to what we would have paid had we gone to B&Q. All-in-all really good value for money. We purchased two top of the range taps (for bath and sink), free standing bath, 9.5 kw power shower, toilet with slow closing lid, sink with pedestal, shower tray and shower cubicle, and all wastes. The total cost came in at around £1200. We would use them again. The only downside is that when phoning customer services you can have upwards of a 10 minute wait, but that said this is pretty much the norm when calling anywhere these days - and at least you dont end up speaking to someone in a Call Centre in Mumbai!
