The only reason that " Better Bathrooms" didnt get 5 stars was down to the courier company that delivered my order. The staff at BB couldnt have been more helpfull and they knew thier products . It made placing the order so much easyer. I phoned in my order and was helped through all the options to make the right choices. however the courier company took over a week to get my order from BB to Glasgow. On arrival quite a few off the boxes were wet and soggy and I had to unbox my order right then and there. As Im not quite ready to use these items it has caused me a small storage problem. I am sure this is a 1 off due to our mad weather ( and a leaky van) . I will use BB again and will be recomending them to all my friends.
