Ordered bathroom suites and showers for 2 bathrooms. The delivery arrived on time as promised. The builder found an item missing and a replacement was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day! Quality of the items is excellent and the prices amazing. our builder couldn't believe they were so cheap!

From when I placed the order on line everything was arranged very efficiently and my order arrived in due course. However the only critism I have is when I received the delivery information requesting assistance for the driver to unload as it was on a pallet I rang to explain that my drive was steep and that being an older lady on her own I would be unable to do so. The person at the other end explained that someone would have to be there to sign, I said I would be there but not prepared to lug a pallet at my age up a steep drive. She really couldnt offer any assistance so it was fingers crossed. As it happened the workmen doing my bathroom had just turned up when it arrive so were able to assist. Perhaps in the future you should make a few more enquiries regarding deliveries and people's situations.
