Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. Question: With this toilet are you able to fit the outlet/soil pipe so that it comes out from the side and travels along the wall? If not, are you able to tell me which toilets will allow this? Many thanks

Answer:

Hi there, This toilet can only be fitted straight out the back or through the floor. Have a look at 8870 the Dee toilet or 6697 series 600 toilet these two you can run the soil pipe left or right.

Question: HELLO my waste outlet is set in a solid floor 210mm from wall to centre will this item fit with a off set coupling bringing it straight down thank you.

Answer:

It would be tight, as the back of the soil stack is 200mm. The 6407 Bologna Toilet is 260mm. Regards Betterbathrooms
