At Better Bathrooms our customers are important to us and we realise that money can be in short supply at any time of the year. We keep our prices low all year round, to ensure that you always get the best deal possible. We do not cut corners, or quality. We have cut out the infamous ‘middle man’, however. We source all our products direct from their manufacturer, and we design our own products, too. Our large warehousing facility allows us to order products in bulk, taking advantage of the best prices available and passing them on to you. This is what forms the ‘Better Prices’ part of our mantra.
With regards to ‘Better Service’, your peace of mind is important to us, and we know that when you have questions, you want them answered quickly and efficiently. Our dedicated UK based call centre staff are on hand to answer your queries before you place an order and to help in any way they can after you place your order, too. And our friendly showroom staff are on hand with the expert knowledge you need, when confusion strikes and you need some advice, face-to-face. Customer satisfaction isn’t just a buzzword, it’s why we get out of bed in the mornings.

Perfect for smaller bathrooms wanting a bath/shower solution. We fit the seal on the hinged door quite close to the bath itself. This adds stability as in practice you won't open and close the door too often
We fit the hinged screen quite close to the bath itself, this means you can still open it if required but is quite stable if it is left closed. Most customers get into the bath at the other end and walk down to shower. The hinged bit is great for being able to clean etc.
Our installers love this item. Easy to install, and looks amazing. Great value for money, the most reasonable we have come across to include the "steam" option

My name is Colin Stevens. I am proud to be the Founder & CEO of Better Bathrooms.
Starting out of my bedroom some 13 years ago I had a grand vision to disrupt the entire bathroom industry, an industry that was more focused on the convenience of the retailer, rather than the customer. We began by cutting out the middlemen and going directly to the source to reduce selling prices. By carrying over £10,000,000 worth of stock at any one time, it enabled us to offer a next day delivery service across the entire UK.
13 years later, we are the most decorated bathroom retailer in the UK with 24 awards (you can see on our awards page) in the last 2 years. Together, we have come a long way in proving we are “better” than all other bathroom retailers. We now have over 350 staff, and with our own internal transport system covering most of the UK, we offer a 2 man home delivery service* to a downstairs room of your choice.
We have never been just an online retailer. You can see the quality of our products in any of our showrooms across the UK, which are open until 10pm
weekdays, so you can pop down outside of normal working hours. To support the showrooms, we also have an award winning website that can
take your orders 24 hours a day.
