Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Hi, due to the handle being pre drilled the door is not reversable. It only opens as shown in the picture.

Goods were brilliant, Service was brilliant, Customer service brilliant. The only downfall is when delivered, generally during the daytime when most people at work, it will be left on your drive if there is no-one to bring it into the house, delivered on a pallet because its ready made which is great but had a downpour and had to cover with a horse rug untill my husband got home, he managed on his own, maybe sometimes two people would be needed. I feel this should be made aware to the public before buying.
