Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. Question: What material is this product made out of, Is it MFC or MDF? Is it a moisture resistant material?

Answer:

Hi there, It is made from MDF wih a White High Gloss finish. The product is designed for a bathroom area where it will come in to contact with water, so will resist moisture.

65 White Vanity Basin Unit

Question: Can you please confirm that the item comes with the basin as pictured, I will be placing an order over the next couple of days for several items for a DIY bathroom project. Is it possible once I have placed the order to have it checked so that all the items seem to be some where near correct!! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Paul.Armstrong
