you have a nice web site that explains everything however have you shown it to the delivery men as he didn't phone to arrange a date but phoned and said he would be there shortly and then dumped the order without the 20 minutes to check the item, however the item was very nice and looks lovely not fitted yet but really pleased with it also had a bath sent seperate and the service was awesome no issues with the delivery this time

It shouldn't be difficult to take an order and deliver a product on time, but these days so many companies seem incompetent in this area. Better Bathrooms got it all right. The delivery guy, (not under Better Bathroom's direct control I guess), was spot on too. A straight forward service, but carried out perfectly. It shouldn't be difficult - should it?
