Would the vanity unit come prepacked ie wrapped up so it could be stored safely for a month or two.
Answer:
Hi there, es the Vanity Unit would come in two seperate boxes, The Basin and the Unit. But when you recieve delivery, we do reccomend to open the packages, to check over the items, making sure there is no damage before you store it away.
Question:
I have a problem? the measurment of the basin must be no bigger than 400 mm the rest of the size is 900 mm width also I want a toilet which stands seperate and which if the basin is too big will overlap I am afraid Many thanks

great service, but not to keen on the 20 minutes to check your delivery as I was at work when you delivered and my wife didn,t know what to look for, I,m not complaining though, but most people would prefer maybe 24 hours, but I still understand your delivery terms where the items should reach you in perfect condition and a person could damage an item, maybe dropping it or installing it wrong and saying it was damaged when they opened it, anyway I,m satisfied and I would use you again and recommend you to a friend.
