Question: Would the vanity unit come prepacked ie wrapped up so it could be stored safely for a month or two.

Answer:
Hi there, es the Vanity Unit would come in two seperate boxes, The Basin and the Unit. But when you recieve delivery, we do reccomend to open the packages, to check over the items, making sure there is no damage before you store it away.

Question: I have a problem? the measurment of the basin must be no bigger than 400 mm the rest of the size is 900 mm width also I want a toilet which stands seperate and which if the basin is too big will overlap I am afraid Many thanks

The only reason that " Better Bathrooms" didnt get 5 stars was down to the courier company that delivered my order. The staff at BB couldnt have been more helpfull and they knew thier products . It made placing the order so much easyer. I phoned in my order and was helped through all the options to make the right choices. however the courier company took over a week to get my order from BB to Glasgow. On arrival quite a few off the boxes were wet and soggy and I had to unbox my order right then and there. As Im not quite ready to use these items it has caused me a small storage problem. I am sure this is a 1 off due to our mad weather ( and a leaky van) . I will use BB again and will be recomending them to all my friends.

This is a solid, well built unit. I was pleasantly surprised to see such excellent value for money. Even the handles are chrome on metal, not plastic. One tip. When moving this unit get a friend to help lift it. Do not drag the unit along the floor or the bottom plinth could get damaged.
