Frequently asked questions

If you miss your delivery the driver will leave a card. This will provide further details of how to rearrange your delivery.

We use a variety of carriers and furniture suppliers so if you order multiple items they may come from more than one place and be delivered separately, as per the delivery time stated on the product page and the corresponding delivery method detailed above. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you and, where possible, give you the option of a single delivery.

  • Once your items have been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm.
  • If there is a delay with your order we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date.
  • Please try make sure someone is home to receive your delivery. If you miss the agreed delivery we will try to attempt delivery again free of charge but some of our couriers do reserve the right to charge a minimum of £25 towards the failed delivery. If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements to avoid further charges. All deliveries must be signed for.
  • Delivery is to ground floor only.
  • All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our delivery team only offer kerbside delivery for large bathroom items. It will arrive on a pallet and can be delivered onto your driveway as long as there’s room and access is clear. You will need to make your own arrangements for the item to be moved into your home.

We try to make sure all our orders arrive on time and in perfect condition but unfortunately there are rare times where this isn’t the case. If you are one of the unlucky 0.1%, firstly, we’re really sorry, but secondly, please get in touch with us and let us know as soon as you can.

If you notice any damage to your order when it’s delivered you can refuse to accept it from the courier and they will return it to us and we can send another out to you. Or, if you notice anything after it’s arrived please get in touch with us within 48 hours of the delivery. We want you to love your purchase and will do our best to help.
