Hi, Please can you tell me how the fixings work on the towel radiator. ie how and where they are fixed onto the towel rail? and how they are then fixed onto the wall? Thanks.
By Rita Davies On 2013-01-25 11:01:58
Hi there
This towel rail, and the majority of towel rails are fixed onto the wall using simple wall screws. It would vary depending on the type of wall you are fixing it onto. The fixings on the towel rails are just off centre, and tend to have 4 fixings, two on the top, two on the bottom.

Hi there. That towel rail runs off the boiler and is heated through the water. We do offer a selection of Electric Towel Rails which are on our website.

can you tell me weather i need straight or curved valves for heated towel rail . thank you .
By mrs mccartan On 2012-01-27 08:23:47
Hi there, The Straight and Angled valves depend on your pipework. If your pipes are coming from the floor, straight up into the Radiator, you would need Straight. If the Pipes are coming out of the wall and then angled up to the Radiator, you will need Angled Valves.

Are your prduct (heated towel rails)electric or will they work from my existing radiator in -out connections?.
By john bleakley On 2012-01-23 16:33:40
Yes they will work off exsisting Radiator plumbing connections. If you wanted it to be electric, you would need an element to allow this.

I bought this radiator from you two years ago and it is already leaking. I would like to buy another but I would like it with a 5 year guarantee. Is it possible to buy an extended guarantee? Many thanks
