I’d just like to say Thank you for your help regarding the basin. I have received the replacement basin today and now it is in the bathroom and connected. Everything looking great. It really is a refreshing change to get such good service, especially when done over the internet and you have no idea what the company is like. i will certainly think of Better Bathrooms if i need anything else for the bathroom and will definitely recommend you if i should get asked. Thanks once again for your help

First Class Service
My purchase developed a technical fault. I contacted Katie at customer services, she dealt with my problem, said she would call me back the same day... and did!
She solved the problem, replaced my item and did it with minimum hassle to me (the client/customer).
I would recommend them and use them all the time.
All good.

I had my Bathroom storage cabinets delivered today,not flat packed, made up for us! And they look lovely in our shower room,so pleased with them,would highly reccomend,and delivery man very helpful with opening the boxes that were well packed on a pallet.

Efficient, fast service and a good product
We ordered a rolltop bath from Better Bathrooms. It was a simple and quick purchase. The delivery company was equally efficient. The bath arrived well-packed and without problems.

I placed a large order for a full bathroom suite with Better Bathrooms, including a corner bath and Series 600 toilet and basin and then the following day, submitted a tracking request for my order through their website. I received a reply the following morning stating my order had actually been dispatched to their courier the day I placed it! I've now received the order and I would definitely recommend them, their service is outstanding.

Really Happy With Better Bathrooms Really happy with all the tiles and adhesives I bought for my bathroom from betterbathrooms. Everything was as they'd described on the website, they kept me informed on my order throughout and delivery was rapid. Everything was excellent value too.
