After searching the shops and internet for a particular bathroom, i was very impressed to have found it at Better Bathrooms and even more impressed that it was cheaper than the high street DIY stores that had 60% off.

Really a big thank you for all your help in customer service. I have had a few difficulties with two of the big purchases one simple rubber not fitting and also the parts I needed extra and on each occasion you have done your utmost to help and have been successful. I can only give your company praise and would continue to recommend you and your products to people... well done !! ( please be assured this is high praise from one of the most grumpiest guys feared by most customer service departments).. If there is a negative it is your long queue for answering and the repetitive message – you must be overworked and need a pay rise!... But seriously grateful thanks
