I ordered my bathroom on-line and had no problems, a few items were out of stock but these were replaced by a better products just by a quick email. All in all, I would recommend Betterbathrooms which I have already done to a friend. Good agreement with couriers to wait for 20mins to check over items. No more rushing around.
