This company has been very easy to deal with and very helpful. We visited a showroom on Saturday, placed an order online on Sunday, got confirmations on Tuesday, then took delivery on Wednesday. Can't say fairer than that. This was for a bath, two sets of taps and two wastes.

The service was excellent and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. I visited your Warrington premises and was met by a very helpful, knowledgeable young man called Phil. I ordered through him rather than the website (which I normally do). I did have a problem with a small item and it has been replaced immediately. I did find the 20 mins slot for the order to be checked on delivery impossible , as it was a big order and it took about 20 mins to get it off the van and into my garage. I phoned Better Bathrooms and they told me I had 7 days to report any damages.
