Hi My housemate, ordered a new bathroom suite from you last year. Unfortunately, the hinges have broken on the toilet seat. The toilet looks similar to the product code above and I need to either buy some new hinges or new seat. Hi there, I can confirm that the product that your housemate ordered was our Micro Toilet, and therefore the code for the toilet seat is 6589. If you type this into our quick search, you will be able to find the product and place an order. In regards to fitting the seat, the fixings for the seat are underneath the toilet, so you may need to pull it away from the wall in order to change the seat.

A standard seat will not fit this toilet, because the Toilet Pan is narrow and compact.

Ordering from Betterbathrooms was a wizz, also when something wasn't quite in stock at the time, the person in customer services (Beverley) was extrememly helpful in helping me out and sorting a delivery date - which in the end actually ended up being on the same day anyways. I ordered the majority of my new bathroom from here and it came promptly and efficiently. The carrier company they used were professional and the driver waited while I checked over my goods to look for damage.
