Question: Hi My housemate, ordered a new bathroom suite from you last year. Unfortunately, the hinges have broken on the toilet seat. The toilet looks similar to the product code above and I need to either buy some new hinges or new seat. Not sure how to fit it as it's enclosed and not a standard one and would like some advice please. Thanks, Kat

Hi there, I can confirm that the product that your housemate ordered was our Micro Toilet, and therefore the code for the toilet seat is 6589. If you type this into our quick search, you will be able to find the product and place an order. In regards to fitting the seat, the fixings for the seat are underneath the toilet, so you may need to pull it away from the wall in order to change the seat.
