Summary

Vail 600 combination unit, featuring basin unit with basin and soft close door, WC unit with WC pan, toilet seat and concealed cistern. All units have a high white gloss finish. This unit is supplied with an additional high gloss black worktop for greater choice of finish.

Plan & Prepare

Some items are large and/or heavy, so we advise all customers to have at least two able bodied people on site to receive the delivery.

Special Delivery Service

Many of our goods are delicate, so we have organized a special delivery service. All bulky items are delivered on a specially constructed A-Frame pallet. Due to the specialist nature of this service we can only offer deliveries to your door. Some items are small and therefore will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Organizing A Return?

To organize a return you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. Customer Services will send you a returns form and ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication. Vail 600 Combination Unit

Question: HI - I would be installing this into a gap of exactly 1200mm. In order to be able to open the right hand cupboard door, I would need to tile to the right of the cupboard which will reduce the gap down to 1190mm... So I would then need to either a) trim 1cm off of the left-hand side of the unit - is this feasible? or b) chase out the left wall and bury the left hand side of the unit into the wall a little. Key question is access to the cistern... is this simply through the black work top or would access through the front of the unit be necessary?

Answer:

Hi there, To access the cistern, it would be through the worktop, not through the front of the unit. Also, in regards to cutting the unit down, it's something we wouldn't advise to do

Vail 600 Combination Unit

Question: Hi, this product will be installed into an exact gap of 1200mm. Can you plse confirm that the right hand cupboard door of the basin unit will still open? (ie. is it one of the hinges that closes in on itself such that the door would be flush with the edge of the unit, or does it need space to the right to stick proud of the right hand side) thanks, Howard

Hi, you do need further room for the door to hinge fully open.
