I bought a complete suite and a cloakroom suite and the advice and assistance throughout the ordering process was very good. The delivery was first class and the delivery guys helped us into the house with the whole order and assisted us in checking the ceramics thoroughly. There was one item missing from my order, but Ashley resolved this without any dramas. I would recommend Betterbathrooms to others. Mark 8-)

Fantastic service and after-sales!

I ordered the majority of my new bathroom from here and it came promptly and efficiently. The carrier company they used were professional and the driver waited while I checked over my goods to look for damage. Unfortunately the sink that I had purchased had been damaged in transit (broken in two), but I called BetterBathrooms, while the driver was still around, and let them know and two days later I received my replacement. Excellent all round service and I would certainly purchase from them again.
